- Detach and wash diamond discs with soap and water
- Dry diamond discs immediately after washing

I have had several knife sharpening systems over the years but nothing has got my knives this sharp this easy! Also to touch up takes less than a minute and they are razor sharp again. Best purchase i have made in a long time!

I bought this after looking at different brands on YouTube and google and this one seemed to stand out from the rest I am a butcher by trade and I have had it about two weeks now and I have to say I am a little bit disappointed it doesn’t sharpen it to my standard and it doesn’t seem to keep its edge the sharpnesses seems to disappear after four to five hours
Being a novice at knife sharpening I thought I would give the Hone a try. Very glad I did. Easy to use and did a great job at putting an edge on all the knives I tried. My wife questioned it until she tried it, she loves how quickly it works. It now sits on the stand on an open shelf in the kitchen ready for use.
