- Detach and wash diamond discs with soap and water
- Dry diamond discs immediately after washing

I've never been able to get my kitchen knives properly sharpened but this system was easy to purchase, shipped promptly and works perfectly.

I was sceptical about rolling sharpeners having had an experience well known brand electric sharpener then one day realised the stones were not doing the job anymore and needed replacing... Turns out they don't do replacement but could offer just 15% off a complete new unit.. Very disappointing to say the least so I took a punt on the hone from amazon with a view if it's no good just send it back... It screams quality as soon as you take it from the box 👍 used it a few times now on about 15 knives and it gets a great edge on them, it quite therapeutic using it as you get to feel the edge getting better on the knife, it's not cheap but it's a good purchase IMO
