- Use damp cloth to clean the knife holder
- Detach and wash diamond discs with soap and water
- Dry diamond discs immediately after washing

I used this grit to do the first profile of kitchen blades, but found that it took a fairly long time. I purchased some 200 grit and will test this out over the weekend. Even though it took a while, the results were excellent. I tried it first on some low end knives that I have, and now I will convert them all to this system. The final edge with smaller grit was extremely uniform and good.
