- Detach and wash diamond discs with soap and water
- Dry diamond discs immediately after washing

I mentioned in previous correspondence that the pro accessories kit is good. I am disappointed in the sharpening block and the knife extender block. I have a st of Furi knives consisting of: Chefs, carving, boning, fillet and a pairing knife.
I chose Hone as the block appeared to be more suitable for narrow blades. However, I am only able to sharpen the Chefs knife without an issue. I have to sharpen the carving knife on the "small" blade section of the block. The problem is, my carving knife has the longest blade and the knife extender is not suitable for "small" blades. The knife holder is not suitable for my other knives - they are no broader than 1cm . The magnet does not allow me to raise the knife as I "run" out of magnetic to hold the blade securely.
The quality of the product is good. The knife extender is only useful for the Chefs knife. The price of the knife extender appears to be exorbitant.
I regret purchasing 2 sharpeners, 2 knife extender and 2 pro accessory kits. Unfortunately, the knife holder and the knife extender does not suit my knife set.

Very disappointed. I did not get the diamond 400 disk or the diamond 1000 disk. I got a #1 disk and a #2 disk instead with no explanation what they are for! Dayne
I never thought it could be so easy to get razor sharpness on a knive so effortless. You will be so happy with this investment.
What a great product. The attention to detail and thought that went into the design of this is impressive. Very easy to use and does a fantastic job. Well worth the money. Highly recommend this product. Nice addition to my kitchen tools.
Very easy to use and it does an excellent job sharpening some of my knives. It took longer on more blunt ones but with time and patience I got them sharpened satisfactorily. Very pleased with it as I’ve tried other ways of sharpening but I couldn’t get a consistent angle.
