- Detach and wash diamond discs with soap and water
- Dry diamond discs immediately after washing

The Hone Sharpening system ensures that you will sharpen the knife at the same angle each time. Using the Hone strop will also be applied at the same exact angle. Keeping the same angle throughout the sharpening process gives you the best probability to get a sharp edge.
I didn't believe a bit of leather would do anything.... boy was i wrong! It made the difference between being sharp and being able to shave hair off my arm. Crazy sharp! And that was my first time ever using this unit.
Leather stropping can be a challenge but the new vertical leather strop works great! A definite must have!
