• Hand-wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not put the knife in the dishwasher or leave it soaking.
• Dry the blade and handle thoroughly immediately after washing.
• Use a suitable wooden cutting board. Avoid glass, stone, and ceramic cutting surfaces.
• Do not cut through bones or frozen food, or use the blade for twisting or prying.
• Maintain the edge using the 15° setting on your HONE Knife Sharpener. Follow the system instructions and use light, controlled pressure.
• Store securely with the blade edge protected.
